Signal Isolator Adapters

This adapter provides an easy way to disconnect signals from a component under test. It consist of a signal switch module mounted with a test socket, and an interface base that is soldered to the circuit board SMT pads.

This adapter replaces the component on the target card and accepts the same component package. Each adapter lead has a switch mounted in series. Each switch has test pins on both sides of the switch to monitor the card and the component. Another use of the test pins is to re-rout signals from one pin to another.
